Who we areSAGA is today's name for the construction and real estate business the Şahlanoğlu family has run since 1972. We find the land, develop the project, build it ourselves and stay with you after handover.
Şahlanoğlu Group of Companies is a family business working in construction, real estate development and services. We started in 1972. The same family has run it since, and the same team has done the building.
On the real estate side we have developed shopping centres, offices, hotels and housing estates. On a large share of our projects the land comes from the group's own land portfolio.
The real estate portfolio under our management is worth about USD 3.7 billion. For the investors and partners we work with, that figure shows for how long and at what scale we have been doing this.
In 2022 we brought our companies together under the SAGA name. Our energy, technology and facility management companies now work under the same roof as the construction and real estate business.
Our difference is not in the words. It is in the execution.

Much of our land comes from our own portfolio
On many of our projects the land comes from the group's own portfolio: 184,000 m² in Milas, a plot held for years in Ataşehir.

From permit to handover, you deal with us
Since 1972 we have built our own projects ourselves. We review at the desk first, then on site with a zoning analysis, and give the unit split in writing.
