What is the structural system?

A reinforced-concrete structure with a 110 cm raft foundation, 450 tonnes of reinforcement, slab-and-beam. An engineering approach centred on seismic safety; you can get the structural design details in writing from our sales office. The scaled section drawing on this page is to true scale.

Heating, glazing and ceiling height?

Rehau underfloor heating comes as standard, the glazing is Solar Low-E and the ceiling height is 3.00 m.
