Energy and water
In Göztepe, a solar power system and grey-water recycling are part of the project; Solar Low-E insulating glass and Rehau underfloor heating deliver thermal comfort with lower consumption. SAGA Enerji A.Ş. is the group's company for solar and wind energy.
Structural safety and long life
Our urban regeneration projects renew old building stock with engineering centred on seismic safety: in Göztepe, a reinforced-concrete structure on a 110 cm raft foundation. We build ourselves; a long-lived building is the one that produces the least waste.
Environmental management and green building
Saga Beylerbeyi Konutları is an environmentally friendly building developed with LEED certification. Our group companies operate an Environmental Management System; site decisions follow its rules.
People and neighbourhood
The same family since 1972 and a team that has worked together for a long time. The Occupational Health and Safety Management System is standard on site. In sales and urban regeneration we give information in writing; price and schedule are set out in the written offer.
How we report: we publish energy, water and certification details in the project fact sheets with an information date, and add measured values from delivered projects to this page.
